With many years of playing the role, Santa Steve has been trained at the Professional Santa Claus School in Denver, Colorado, made famous by the movie, "Becoming Santa". He has also trained at the Charles W. Howard Santa School in Midland, Michigan, School4Santa in Chicago, Illinois. He is insured with a recent extensive background check that is available upon request. Santa Steve and Nancy (Mrs. Santa) are being trained as Hospice volunteers, so that they might bring smiles and love to those that are sick and suffering. The Claus's attended American Sign Language (ASL) classes, so that they can communicate with deaf children.
